Contact forms and email enquiries
The contact form on this website prepares an email from your own email application. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Payments
Online payments are not currently processed through this website. When online payments are enabled, payments will be processed securely by Stripe. In that case, Stripe will handle your card details directly and WorkTrained will not store full card information.
Digital product delivery
When digital product delivery is enabled, we will use your email address to deliver your purchase and to provide support relating to that purchase.
WorkTrained Job Agent
WorkTrained Job Agent is a separate application. If you choose to use it, the information you provide there — such as CV content and job search activity — is handled under the privacy terms presented within that application.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer your question and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.
Your rights
